Wishful Living Challenge
I haven’t really played Sims 3 for a while, and while I’m not going to follow the challenge (information here) to the letter (I have no self control - I can not NOT cheat, people!) with the Whitehall legacy, I will be following the basic premise - achieve as many of the lifetime wishes as possible and as soon as your heir is old enough, move him or her out to their own pad and continue the legacy.
I won’t be scoring myself. This is designed more to give myself some goals during game play and stop me from designing the house, playing for a bit, then getting bored and moving on (eventually deleting the family because I know I won’t come back to them).
Moving Along ...
Annie moved in to a mostly finished home, but knowing she’d never have any need for the garage, converted it in to two spacious bedrooms. She also threw on some new siding (who likes green brick anyway?! And what on earth did you call the brown color for the siding? Ugh!), and updated the windows.
She also got rid of what was left of the ratty old furniture and installed new items. Thank Goodness Long Lost Great Uncle Dave left her some money to go along with the house (and thank goodness the sharks at Crumplebottom, Fitch & Lothario left her some after taking all their fees!).
Her first order of business, while she had a little downtime before the first of her nosy neighbors were due to arrive, was to get a start on her Lifetime Ambition and learn how to cook. She’d put it off for so many years, living in the bustling chaos of the big city, existing on takeout and far too much vodka. It was time to take the bull by the horns! Or the horse by the nose ... or something ...
Author Note: And that’s where we leave Annie for today. It got late, I got sleepy, DH demanded attention and who am I to say no? Until next time, happy simming!
